finished importing my Nike+ runs to Garmin Connect

phew, that took forever.

never switching running data platforms again!

Really loving the Forerunner 10 so far, I don’t even know how I have lived without this. The virtual pacer is the best thing to ever happen to me!

So much going on in my life lately, can’t even begin… when I’m off my training schedule, my world feels terrible. The dust is starting to settle from the craziness that has been December. Looking forward to better days and better runs ahead

I was feeling incredibly lethargic this morning. Had side stitches for the first time in months. Felt pretty bad, but then…

I had passed a woman walking on the path, and when I passed her again on my way back she stopped and asked me how long it took me to be able to run from walking. She said she’s seen me running a few times there and was inspired to keep at it. I was floored. A stranger saw me running and was inspired. Wow. It helps that I’m like 155lbs and squishy looking, not getting down on myself, I’m just being realistic. It says that it’s an attainable goal for anyone, I think.

Anyway it made me feel great, and I finished much stronger! (didn’t pause Nike+ while we were talking though).

Overall not a bad day I guess :)

Was curious to see what my first run on Nike+ looked like. Yikes!
This was after I had been trying to run for about 6 months already. In July 2011 I fractured my tibia. Got back in the game in March. So It’s taken a long time to get this far, but hey, it’s happening. It’s nice to see how far I’ve come, and exciting to think about how far I have to go.
